Refund Policy

At DENZIK, we are committed to providing high-quality services and digital products. As our offerings include digital services, software, compliance services, virtual support, and other non-tangible goods, we maintain a strict No Refund Policy. Please read the following policy carefully before making any purchase.

1. No Refunds on Services Rendered

Once a service is purchased and initiated, no refund will be issued. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Business registration or compliance services (e.g., LLC, EIN, VAT, PayPal, Wise)
  • Tax filings or advisory services
  • Account setup (e.g., bank, merchant, or communication services)
  • Any consultancy, training, or strategic support

2. Non-Refundable Digital Products

All digital downloads or software provided are non-refundable once delivered or accessed, regardless of usage or satisfaction.

3. Subscription & Recurring Services

If you are enrolled in a recurring service or monthly package:

  • You may cancel future billing cycles at any time by notifying us at least 7 days before the renewal date.
  • However, past payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may only be granted under the following exceptional cases, subject to our review and sole discretion:

  • Duplicate payment made in error
  • Payment charged without corresponding service delivery (with proof)
  • Services paid for but not initiated within 15 business days

5. Dispute Resolution

If you believe you are entitled to a refund based on the above exceptions, please contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction. We will investigate the matter in good faith and provide a written decision.
