Unrendered Services: In cases where services paid for have not been delivered, a full refund will be provided upon verification.

Non-Refundable Services: Certain prepaid or ongoing services (e.g., consultations or retainers) may not be eligible for refunds. This will be communicated prior to booking.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5-7 business days.

    Since we offer professional services rather than physical products, our policy for dissatisfaction is focused on resolving any concerns you may have:

Customer Feedback: If you experience any issues with the quality of our services, we encourage you to contact us within 10 days of service delivery. We aim to resolve all issues amicably.

Resolution Process: Depending on the situation, we may offer service adjustments, additional services, or a refund based on the feedback provided.

    We understand that schedules and plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair for both parties:

Subscription Services: You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming period.

Scheduled Services: Cancellations for scheduled services must be made at least 48 hours in advance. A cancellation fee of 20% may apply if canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled service.
